You know how our society views dark skinned black girls (even implicitly) and you have no interest in challenging those systems, simply reinforcing them at the expense of dark-skinned black women and girls, who are already getting their humanity questioned constantly due to the virulent racialized misogyny and colorism of our society. The Walking Dead is an incredibly well written, cinematic story with deep characters of various racial backgrounds, sexualities, class backgrounds and genders. You literally have complete and total control over how a character in your game looks, and you are tasked with designing an “innocent” young black girl with two clearly black parents.
