I requested 2 items one a microwave they never brought to our room as they supposed to after 2 calls and extra towel which it never happens or called to explained WhT did not brought to room
It was not that they did have it but no one responsible or run the hotel.It is a very friendly beach town. But since renovation is still on going, the breakfast was across the small street. It features an outdoor pool and a hot tub. The use of beach towels, chairs and buckets & spades for the kids from reception.Pretty much exactly what we were looking for.
